When you use Lexi, we collect the following information: • Google Account Information: Name and email address provided during Google OAuth authentication. • Chat Data: Interactions within the application, collected exclusively for quality monitoring and performance improvement.

We use your information to: • Authenticate your account and provide access to the application. • Monitor and improve the quality and functionality of Lexi. • Respond to inquiries and provide support.

  1. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to operate the application, including: • Service Providers: Google Cloud (OAuth) and OpenAI (for processing chat interactions). • Legal Compliance: When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

  1. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud servers. We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the application and ensure its proper functioning. • Google Account Information: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion. • Chat Data: Retained for 6 months to ensure quality assurance and monitor application performance. After 6 months, chat data is anonymized or deleted.

Lexi is not available to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under this age. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, please contact us at poz@e-lexi.com.
