Welcome to Lexi (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

  1. Eligibility

Lexi is only available to individuals aged 13 or older. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  1. Account Registration and Use

To access Lexi, you must authenticate your identity using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not:

  • Use another person’s account.
  • Attempt to access Lexi by any means other than those we provide.
  1. Use of Lexi

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use Lexi for personal purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Use Lexi in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  1. Data Collection and Usage

Lexi collects and uses your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

  • We collect your Google account name and email for authentication.
  • We collect chat interactions for quality assurance and monitoring purposes only.

We comply with Google’s user data policies, which prohibit selling or unauthorized sharing of your personal information.

  1. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in Lexi, including but not limited to the software, design, and content, are owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of Lexi without our prior written consent.

  1. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Lexi is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lexi.

  1. Third-Party Services

Lexi uses third-party services, including Google OAuth, to provide its functionality. By using Lexi, you agree to comply with these third-party terms.

We are not responsible for the practices or performance of third-party services.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the application with the revised effective date. Continued use of Lexi constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
